I am a CUSTOMER and I would rate Gec pr as average. The company website, gecpr.co.uk, is easy to navigate and provides useful information. However, I found the communication with the company to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slower than expected and I had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory answer. Overall, they did the job but could improve their customer service.
