I recently became a member of a local credit union, and I am pleased with the level of service I have received from Bi County PTC Federal Credit Union. The staff is always friendly and professional, and the online banking platform is easy to use. However, I do think that there is room for improvement in terms of mobile banking options. Overall, I would rate Bi County PTC Federal Credit Union as great.
