I have been a customer of Dumas International, INC for many years and I must say their service is average. They deliver my orders on time and the quality of the products is decent. However, I feel that their customer support could be improved. Sometimes it takes a long time to get a response to my queries, which can be quite frustrating. Overall, an average experience.
