I had mixed experiences with Pontesclin. Some aspects of their service were good, while others left much to be desired. Overall, I would rate their service as average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which is a plus. However, I found their customer support to be slow and unresponsive at times. There were also a few instances where my order was delayed without any explanation. On the positive side, the quality of their products is decent and their prices are competitive. If they improve their customer service, I would definitely consider ordering from them again.
