Deb was GREAT to work with. She came as a recommendation from a home staging expert we had already decided to use. While the 1% commission attracted us, we were concerned that we might not get all of the attention that we might get from a 3% or 4% commission realtor. WE WERE WRONG! Deb's marketing brought us 13 showings and 4 offers over asking price in just 3 days. She helped us select the best total offer (based on terms---not just price) and was a real tiger on negotiating the little details that got us to closing. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
