I am a CUSTOMER and I must say that Bear Supply is an average company. While their products are of decent quality, their customer service could use some improvement. I have encountered a few issues with my orders and it took them longer than expected to resolve the problems. Overall, my experience with Bear Supply has been satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.
