The worst dealership to deal with. After being bombarded with emails and calls to come in for a vehicle, Amber Brock(VIP Manager) and Tonya Mason were the two people I was speaking with over the phone and email. I told them the nature of the situation with my car and really didn t want to come into the dealership or tow my vehicle up there. They assured me they had 25 programs to meet my needs and they took lease vehicles and still would give me something on my vehicle. They continued to reassure me that they did and I would be in good hands. Even on the day of my visit before 2:15pm, which Amber Brock left a voicemail assuring me that she knew I had some concerns, but I was in good hands. Once arriving, I was suppose to speak with Amber Brock first upon entering. I never met Tonya Mason or Amber Brock. Instead, it was another sales associate (Kat Holmes) who was really nice. Make sure you go see Kat Holmes if you do! In the end they couldn t service me, because I was told by Johnathan Sweat that they didn t take leases. Mind you I was told by two ladies that they did and I just paid money to have my vehicle to be on their premises, just for them to tell me after 15 minutes something different. Of course they wanted me to put down $3500 for another vehicle, but I m not wasting my time. Johnathan Sweat stated on 9.11.21 that he hated I was told that and he would take care of my vehicle, so it could get back to me. He stated that the weekends were costly to tow so to call next week to remind him. I ve been calling non-stop for a whole week and here it is 9.20.21 and I still don t have my vehicle. Everybody takes my number and don t call. When I do speak with him, I don t get a call back. This is the worst lying dealership I ve dealt with. If you gone say you gone do something then do it. If not, then say that, but I m expecting you to keep your word, because your word is your bond. You wasted my time and now I ve contacted the GM/Vice President who I am still waiting on. Therefore, since my vehicle is on your premises and if something happens to it, you re going to be reliable for those payments, because I ve been contacting your non-stop. If I ever thought about coming back to this dealership as a first time customer for my next vehicle, I won t and I advise you don t either. If you can lie about that, you can lie about other things as far as prices on vehicles. Like grow up. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
