I recently availed the services of a business consulting firm for my company, and I must say I had a mixed experience. While Prevail consulting provided some useful recommendations, the overall value I received was not satisfactory. The consultant's knowledge and expertise seemed limited, and I felt like they didn't fully understand our industry. Additionally, the communication could have been better. Overall, an average experience.
