I had a mixed experience with Kosmos multisolutions pvt. ltd. Overall, the service was average. The website design was good, but the customer support was not up to the mark. I had to wait for a long time to get my issues resolved. Also, the pricing was on the higher side compared to other competitors. However, they delivered the project on time, which was a plus point. In conclusion, I would say that there is room for improvement, but it was not a terrible experience.
