I've had a mixed experience with Successful Singles. While the website is easy to use and the match suggestions are generally good, there were a few instances where the matches didn't meet my expectations. The customer service team was helpful in addressing my concerns, but I believe there is room for improvement. Overall, it's an average service for me.
