I was on hold for 4 hours and still never reached ...

I was on hold for 4 hours and still never reached anyone on the other end. These people are rude and unprofessional. My loan was sold to them after an assumption and release agreement that I went through with my ex. I used to make twice a month payments, half of the mortgage every 2 weeks. Now I am unable to do so. This is such a hassle.

I CALLED THIS AFTERNOON, BECAUSE IT STATES ON THEIR PMI PAGE THAT "IF YOU DO NOT REQUEST CANCELLATION, AND YOU ARE CURRENT ON YOUR LOAN PAYMENTS, THEN PMI WILL TERMINATE AUTOMATICALLY.
I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, APPARENTLY THAT IS NOT THE CASE, IT HAS TO NOW BE AT 75%. OR, AS CUSTOMER SERVICE STATES, I CAN PAY $105 FOR AN APPRAISAL TO SEE IF I AM EVEN ABLE TO HAVE THE PMI INSURANCE COME OFF. THIS HAS GOT TO BE ABOUT THE WORST COMPANY IN THE HISTORY TO DEAL WITH. FALSE ADVERTISING, CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT DOESN'T KNOW THEIR REAR ENDS FROM A HOLE IN THE GROUND, AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO TOP IT OFF. I SPOKE TO 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND BOTH WERE RUDE AND DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE SITUATION I WAS INQUIRING ABOUT.
