I had an overall average experience with Marcon & Rubens. The customer service was satisfactory, but I expected better quality products for the price. The website was easy to navigate, but it lacked detailed product descriptions. The shipping was fast and efficient, which was a plus. However, I would suggest that the company improve the packaging as my item arrived slightly damaged.
