I don't know much about the Doctor but the after making an appointment with them over a week ago, they called me at 9.00 a.m. and was not very nice about it, told me that I was approved but my wife wasn't. We are on the same insurance. She told me the service that they used wouldn't approve it. She could have been nicer. They need to take a look at there staffs attitude. I do realize that offices get busy but there is no excuse for that tone.
