I had high hopes for the products, but the experience was quite underwhelming. 🤔 The assembly was more complicated than expected, and the support I received didn't really address my concerns. Communication felt lacking, which added to my frustration. I believe in quality, but this time it fell short. 🚧 Not the reliability I was seeking.
