I have been a customer of Deep Thought Technologies - India for the past two years and I must say that their service is average. The website deepthoughttech.net is easy to navigate and their products are decent. However, there is room for improvement in terms of customer support. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response to my queries and that can be frustrating. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
