I have been a customer of Prextex for over three years now, and I must say that their service is average. While they have a wide variety of products and competitive prices, the overall quality is often lacking. There have been multiple instances where I have received items that were damaged or not as described. The customer service is also hit or miss, with some representatives being helpful while others seem indifferent. Overall, Prextex is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
