Classique LLC was recommended by the DFD during orientation in 2019.

I entered a contract with Classique LLC in 2020 during the middle of the pandemic. At the same time, I had begun working as an EMT at Denver Health, and through my experiences in the field I had become ill. I realized that I could not be successful as a firefighter due to the condition I developed.

While Classique had provided a few study workbooks and I had taken the initial test, I had not taken advantage of any of their services. I requested at least a partial refund for the $900 course. I received no compassion or refund, citing their contract. Admittedly, I had signed it, but it was prior to developing my medical condition.

While their services may help those who are dead-set on joining the FD or other department, you had better make sure you are 100% committed and capable of following through, as there will be no compassion shown if, for some unforeseeable circumstance, you cannot follow through.
