I recently purchased some holographic items from a company. The holographic effect is nice and it adds a unique element to my projects. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. It took them some time to respond to my queries, and I had to follow up multiple times for updates. Overall, the product is decent but the customer service could be improved.
