Typical Piedmontese restaurant with too many old-style museum furnishings placed without grace and without style.
Mediocre appetizer, risotto not risotto that I could not understand what it was, placed in giant cups to serve yourself ......... Bad choice.
The lasagna with pesto is certainly not homemade .... Even she is not poor.
The roasts certainly of the place but mediocre and very salty.
Desserts ..... Forget it.
Good service, nice waitresses at least that.
The trattoria the black owl is certainly a typical Piedmontese cuisine of the past, made of tradition but within reach without praise and without infamy
I would recommend it .... Mbo ... ni! .....
