I recently worked with a real estate company for purchasing a new property. The overall experience was good, but there were a few areas where they could improve. The team was responsive and understanding of my requirements. However, I felt that the communication could have been better. It was a bit difficult to reach them at times. But overall, I am satisfied with their service.
