I have been a customer of Planet Purl, INC for several years now and I must say, their services are average at best. The website is functional but lacks the modern design and user-friendly interface that most other knitting websites have. The customer support is hit or miss, sometimes they respond quickly and efficiently, but other times it takes forever to get a response. Overall, I would say Planet Purl, INC is just okay.
