I stayed at Vail Cascade Resort by Destination Hotels & Resorts for a weekend getaway and it was an average experience. The location is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, the service was not up to par. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. Overall, it was a decent stay but there is room for improvement.
