The service at Serpentini Chevrolet of Strongsville was decent. I was expecting a little more, but overall it was okay. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the wait time was longer than I anticipated. The quality of work done on my car was satisfactory, but not outstanding. I would consider trying another dealership for my next vehicle maintenance.
