I worked at Parco for 34 year's. Started in Engineering, then promoted to the Cost estimator in Sales. After 2 years as the Cost Estimator, then promoted to Quality Control Manager. After 2 years as Quality Manager, promoted to Customer Service Manager.
Fifteen years later promoted to Vice President of Customer Service.
The owners of the company were always fair and extremely ethical. They rewarded employees handsomely if you worked hard and contributed to the improvement of the company.
After reading the negative reviews above it reminded me of some of the lazy employees that never contributed anything to the improvement of the company. Came to work every day with an attitude problem and barely did their job. Always looking at there watch waiting for the bell to ring so they could go home.
The moral of this review is to remind people, "Get an education, go out in the world and make a name for yourself, and do something to make this world a better place".
Stop looking for a handout.
I have a Jr. College degree but with hard work and a true interest in making Parco a better company I retired as a Vice President.
Enough said.
