I absolutely love U M A Tae Kwon DO Spring! The trainers are amazing and make each class fun and engaging. The workouts are challenging but in a good way, and I always leave feeling accomplished. The facility is clean and well-equipped. The management is also very friendly and responsive. I can't recommend this place enough!
