I ordered 3 items and only 2 arrived. One was to be a gift. Theres no contact phone # for me to call, only an email, which I've sent several, with no reply. When I finally reached someone at essence I was told that department only assisted with subscriptions. I will not order from this company again, extremely disappointed.
