I had mixed feelings about my experience with 838 Coatings. On one hand, the painters were skilled and the end result looked good. However, the communication could have been better. There were a few instances where I had to follow up for updates and it felt like they weren't proactive in keeping me informed. Overall, the quality of the work was average, but I expected a bit more in terms of customer service.
