Ashley quickly answer questions pre-sale but after, was nasty, incommunicado & a time-sucker. I wanted to know if I had received everything inn my order. She didn't bother to get back, but after I threatened to return the items, instead of answering my question, she accused me of being too rough on the product, which was an incorrect assessment. I emailed her & repeated my question several times. After a month, I phoned, put my foot down & Janet helped. This was frustrating, I was unable to do ant PT for a whole month bc of this horrible employee.
