I LOVE my Bighorn gun safe that my wife purchased for me for Christmas ! I wanted to customize my safe by adding another top & side shelf but wasn't sure what the process was so I called Customer service for Bighorn gun safes. I left a message for Margrete about my request on the shelves. Margrete returned my call promptly and guided me through the accessory order form that was provided in my owners packet in the safe upon delivery. She told me exactly what to do and had pricing at the tip of her tounge !! I'm very happy with the product and especially the follow-up by Margrete. Sincerely Steve
