I have purchased DVDs of lifelong validity containing material of class 2,3,4,5,6 for which I was pursued hard by your executive. But being older version, these DVDs didn't run on my PC. I informed same executive immediately and sent mails repeatedly to replace it with Pen Drive but no response was received by your executives. Now they are not picking up calls. Earlier also few content was missing from pen drive which was not replaced even after repeated reminders. It's highly unprofessional and disgraceful. I think I should collect other parents also who have been harassed by your company and move to consumer forum now.
