I have been a customer of Northern inland credit union for many years and I must say that their service has always been average. The website is a bit outdated and not very user-friendly. The staff are not always very helpful and sometimes it takes a long time to get a response. However, they do have some good products and competitive rates. Overall, I would say that they are an average credit union.
