Thotwave technologies is an average company. I expected more from them based on their website thotwave.com, but I was quite underwhelmed. The services provided were decent, but I felt that they lacked innovation and creativity. The customer support was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. Overall, I would say that there is room for improvement.
