The experience I had with Falcon Real Estate was okay. The customer service was decent, but nothing exceptional. The website was easy to navigate and had some useful information about their available properties. However, I found the overall process of finding and purchasing a property to be a bit tedious. It would have been great if they could streamline the process and make it more efficient. Overall, an average experience.
