I wouldn't say I like I them, but in my most recent experience it was the best and most helpful. It only took 3 voicemails to get a return phone call. I understand we're in different time zones. But I had difficulty communicating with them about my Mother's account as her power of attorney. For a couple of years they managed her credit consolidation program that she set up whilst her dementia set in. Meanwhile her accounts were sold to another company. The communication was always strained. I wish they communicated better. I understand it's a 2 way street.
