I had a mixed experience with Michiko Sakano Studio LLC. While the quality of their work was great, their pricing seemed a bit on the higher side. The staff was friendly and professional, but sometimes it took longer than expected to get a response. Overall, their work is excellent, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication and pricing.
