Their website, brazoscad.org, is user-friendly and provides all the necessary information about property appraisals. However, their customer service could be improved. On multiple occasions, I have faced delays in getting a response to my queries and the representatives were not very helpful. Overall, my experience with Brazos County Appraisal District has been just average.
