I have been a customer of this bank for a while and I have to say, their services have been quite satisfactory. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I have never faced any major issues with my accounts. The online banking platform is easy to use and provides all the necessary features. One improvement I would suggest is to enhance their customer support, as sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, I am happy with First Citizens and would recommend them.
