The organization of the open door theme today has been a disaster. The manager should resign for his bad organization. On the web they put that the tickets to enter the enclosure for free today were given from 17:30 but it has been a lie. They have given tickets at 1:00 p.m. to people who were there by chance and then at 5:30 p.m. there was a line that came to the retreat and a boy with a lot of tickets handed them out to whoever wanted in line and that has been nefarious ... it seemed like a row of charity where food was distributed a horror ... really! I was all out of control, fortunately I was able to get past the push that they have put me from the door and we have entered many people without entry. It could have been a catastrophe because of the poor organization of the botanic garden managers and who administers them.
