Extremely poor customer service. The girls who serve at the counter just talk amongst themselves instead of doing their job. One just started talking across the floor while serving me, then afterwards got her phone out and started chatting to her colleague on the next counter while I waited for a bag, I was like Hello! I need to go . She also proceeded to chat across to another girl and had a giggle with her. Vigorous staff training comes to mind and management too! Glad UK Tesco s doesn t have this issue.
