I recently used Car2go and I have to say it was an average experience. The car was clean and in good condition, but the customer service was lacking. I had trouble finding a vehicle in my area and when I finally did, it took a long time for the app to unlock the car. The rates were also a bit high compared to other car-sharing services. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I don't think I will be using Car2go again.
