My recent experience with zii.travel was not up to my expectations. The overall service was below average, and there were some issues with the booking process. The website interface was confusing, and I faced difficulties while making reservations. The customer support team was not very helpful in resolving my queries. I would not recommend zii.travel based on my experience.
