I recently availed mentoring services from this company and I must say, it was an average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate and provided a comprehensive overview of their services. The mentors were knowledgeable and had extensive industry experience, which was a positive aspect. However, I found the communication process to be slightly lacking. It took longer than expected to receive responses to my queries, and at times, I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Additionally, the pricing structure was not very transparent, and I felt that it could have been more clearly outlined on the website. Overall, while the mentors provided valuable insights and guidance, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and transparency.
