I've been a customer of Innovative systems inc for a few years now and I must say the overall experience has been average. The customer service is decent but there is definitely room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, but sometimes it can be slow. The products they offer are good quality and I have never had any issues with them.
