I recently worked with a staffing agency for a job search, and I found the experience with them to be quite average. While the website was easy to navigate and had some useful resources, I found that the job listings were not as extensive as I had hoped. The initial communication was prompt and professional, but I did feel like the follow-up was a bit lacking. Overall, my experience was decent, but I was hoping for a more tailored approach to my job search. I appreciate the effort, but I think there's room for improvement in terms of personalized attention and a wider range of job opportunities.
