I recently had solar panels installed on my roof by this company. The process was fairly smooth, and the installation team was efficient and knowledgeable. However, I did have some issues with communication and follow-up after the installation was completed. I felt like I had to do a lot of the follow-up myself to ensure everything was working properly. The initial sales process was good, and the website provided helpful information, but once the installation was done, the customer service experience was lacking. Overall, the quality of the product and installation is good, but the customer support and follow-up could be improved. 😐
