I recently used their services for an event and was impressed with the range of equipment available. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the setup was smooth. However, I felt that the overall communication could have been more prompt and proactive. The website was easy to navigate, but I would have liked to see more detailed descriptions of the equipment and pricing options. Overall, it was an average experience. 🎤🔊
