I recently booked a trip through the website and overall, it was an okay experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of options. However, I did encounter some issues with the booking process and had to reach out to customer service for assistance. 🤔 Although they were able to resolve my issue, the response time was a bit slow. The trip itself went smoothly, but I didn't feel like I received any special treatment as a "first class" customer. It was just like any other typical travel experience. I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and delivering on the promise of a first-class experience. I would consider giving them another try, but I was hoping for a more exceptional experience.
