I recently used the services of the company and found the experience to be average. The website was informative and easy to navigate, which made it convenient to find the services I needed. However, I felt that the customer service could have been more responsive and attentive to my inquiries. The turnaround time for receiving my results was reasonable, but not exceptional. Overall, the company provided a satisfactory experience, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and communication.
