I have been a customer of Minnwest bank for over 5 years now and I must say that their services are average at best. While they have a decent online banking system, their customer service leaves much to be desired. There have been numerous instances where I've had to wait on hold for extended periods of time, only to be met with unhelpful and unprofessional representatives. Overall, I wouldn't say that Minnwest bank is the worst, but they definitely have room for improvement.
