I've been using Ben Franklin Transit for a while now and I have to say that I'm impressed. The buses are clean and comfortable, and the drivers are friendly. The schedules are well-maintained and I rarely have to wait long. Overall, I think BFT.org is doing an excellent job providing a reliable transportation service.
